Who is Blend Telecom? 

Here at Blend Telecom, we’re passionate about connecting people through technology and saving small businesses money.  

We’re a team of friendly and experienced experts backed by the biggest and best technology partners. We get to know our clients and what they need and deliver the bespoke solutions they’re looking for. And after they’ve found their perfect solution, we’re there to deliver great after care support and account management services. We work for some of the region’s most well-known brands including Capital Law, Hugh James, Kaleidoscope Project, Working Word and Gambit Corporate Finance. 

The world of telecoms can be a minefield, and our goal is to make things simple and transparent. It’s why we provide customers with a dedicated friendly account manager, no auto-renewals, no lengthy contracts, and one simple to read bill.

 

What’s it like to work with us?  

We’re a relaxed, approachable, and friendly team. There’s no aggressive selling here, it’s not our style. We’re about the right solution at the right time, followed up with great customer service.  

We’re a small company with big plans, and each team member plays a key part in helping us develop and grow our services. It’s a great environment to collaborate, develop ideas, and build things together. 

Our offices are based in Llanishen, Cardiff and we balance office working with working from home or from another location.  

We take great care of our clients and the same applies to our staff.
