Capital Law commissioned Blend Telecom to manage 140 mobiles on EE Corporate, increasing service levels and dramatically reducing costs.
During the briefing phase it became apparent that Capital Law was happy with the coverage provided by EE but was lacking the support and commercials expected from a global telecoms provider.
Taking over the account from EE corporate was a smooth process with no inconvenience or downtime for Capital Law’s end users. Bills still arrive from EE but are 50% lower since moving to Blend Telecom with the added benefit of contacting someone local if a problem occurs. Device repairs are now also managed locally meaning urgent repairs can happen the same day, making users more productive with little down time.
