Little Man is located at the heart of Cardiff City Centre. However, this central location meant that that Little Man had incredibly slow Wi-Fi due to the lack of fibre broadband common in central locations. This meant that not only were customers experiencing weak Wi-Fi connectivity, but much of the business’ admin work had to be done outside of the building as broadband was far too slow. Typical ways to overcome this issue was for Little Man to install a lease line which would incur expensive installation and running costs for the business. That’s where Blend Telecom stepped in.
